We are not only searching for a professional who is interested in investing, but who also LOVES to eat and who could take great joy in being a restaurant partner.
For the $750,000 total capital investment, we’re offering the Investment Team a 30% Equity Partnership in the restaurant company. We currently project that our Investing Partners will receive approximately 290% Return on Investment over the first 10 years of the restaurant lease.
It’s important to note- the Investors are also considered Partners and receive distribution of profits for the life of the restaurant, which consists of the initial 10-year lease, plus the possibility of a 5-year option to extend the lease.
In the Financial Summary, our moderate projections show a realistic payback period is approximately 2 years, which provides the Investor Team with another 8-13 years (depending on length of lease) to receive pure profit for their 30% equity partnership. For projections, we factored moderate catering and private events and left out late night bar business business. This is an additional revenue center that we plan to explore, which will help to increase top line revenue and net operating profit. As it stands, the Investment Team is scheduled to receive 100% of Net Operating Profit until their initial investment is recouped. The Operating Team starts receiving profit distributions only after 100% payback of investment capital to Investors.
Another benefit that Investor Team receives... access to emailed sales reports, along with monthly, quarterly and annual financial documents that are audited by an outside and independent accounting company. These audits will occur quarterly and annually.
Lastly, an extensive legal Operating Agreement has been created to ensure protection for all parties, especially the Investor Team, so as to minimize any associated risks with investing.
